Educational Qualifications:
Master's degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale along-with a good academic record as laid down by UGC.

Age:
Essential 1
A Master's degree with atleast 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC seven point scale.
2. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.7000 and above or with 8 years of service in the AGP of Rs.8000 and above including Associate Professor with experience in Educational Administration
OR
Comparable experience in research establishment and other institutions of higher education
OR
15 years of administrative experience out of which 08 years will be as the Deputy Registrar or equivalent post.
Note: 1. Experience as Lecturer (pre-revised) will be treated equivalent to AGP of Rs.7000 and Lecturer (Prerevised) will be treated equivalent of AGP of Rs.8000. 2. The appointment may be a tenure of five years. Desirable: Ph.D
